He emphasized that next year's budget for small business owners was set at a record 5.9 trillion won so that they could feel the warmth of economic recovery as soon as possible.
It also promised to put more effort into easing the financial burden on small business owners by supplying 14 trillion won in new guaranteed loans next year, up 2 trillion won from this year.
