Yeo, the head of the entertainment establishment, who is on trial for threatening the late actor Lee Sun-kyun and ripping off 300 million won, appealed against the first trial's imprisonment ruling in the drug administration case.

The Incheon District Court received an appeal letter yesterday (6th) from a woman in her 30s who was sentenced to one year in prison for violating the Narcotics Control Act.

Doctor B in his 40s, who was sentenced to two years in prison for handing over drugs to A and administering them on his own, also appealed the day after the sentencing hearing.

They reportedly said that the sentence of the first trial was too heavy and unfair, but the prosecution appealed against it, saying that the sentence of the first trial was rather low.

Mr. A, who has six previous convictions, including drug administration, was arrested and indicted on charges of taking drugs three times from March to August last year, and apart from this, he is also on trial for threatening Lee Sun-kyun and ripping off 300 million won in September last year.

Doctor B was put on trial from December last year to August last year on charges of handing drugs to A three times at the hospital in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which he runs.Mr.

B smoked cannabis with an acquaintance at an apartment in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on January 17, 2021, and bought 1 million won worth of liquid cannabis through an acquaintance in June of the same year.
