The Certified Brokerage Association added such an appropriate jeonse price analysis function to the existing real estate integration index system.
This is the result of analyzing the old age of buildings and the presence or absence of elevators based on cases of coalition and multi-family housing transactions in similar areas in the surrounding area.
In particular, unlike apartments, row and multi-family houses were a black market price that made it difficult to know the standard price, so it is expected to help prevent jeonse fraud in the future.
