The Seoul Southern District Court issued an arrest warrant for a man in his 40s accused of murder, identified only by his surname Kim, saying he was feared to flee or remove evidence.
A is accused of killing a woman in her 30s by wielding a weapon at an officetel in Hwagok-dong, Seoul, at around 7:40 a.m. on the 8th.
According to a police investigation, a weapon was found at the scene along with traces of lightning, and A was found to be drunk.
