The Fair Trade Commission has released the results of its review on the so-called "S-de-Me" contract, which means studios, dresses and May Cups of marriage preparation agencies.

The FTC said it looked at the terms and conditions of 18 companies and found six types of unfair terms and conditions, including those requiring essential services to be charged separately and those with unclear criteria for additional charges and penalties.

In particular, companies that provide "Sde Me" service packages are having a great influence in the wedding market, pointing out that more and more "blind" contracts are being conducted by consumers without knowing detailed items and costs.

The FTC also revised the terms and conditions so that prospective couples can definitively know specific option prices and penalty standards, saying they are paying a significant amount of additional fees in the form of "options."
