Amid a recent mass sex crime among male students in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, the victim reportedly handed over a note to his parents saying, "Let him apologize for what his brothers did."

The Chungbuk National Police Agency is conducting an investigation into three elementary school students and two middle and high school students on charges of sexually abusing an elementary school student.

Three of them are underage criminals under the age of 14, and they are found to be denying some of the crimes, saying the facts were inflated.

They belong to the student swimming department in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, and are accused of sexually abusing student A several times whenever they participated in competitions from January to September or had off-season training.

The victim claims that there have been at least six collective sexual violence in the accommodation. The victim, student A, reportedly handed over a note to his parents, saying, "I wanted to keep talking, but I couldn't be courageous," and "Please let the older brothers apologize for what they did."

The letter written by Mr. A was released on a local broadcast.

Currently, A has been diagnosed with a need for professional treatment for 12 months and is said to have been unable to leave school and stopped swimming.
