The Democratic Party of Korea's Prosecution Dictatorship Committee, which has criticized the prosecution's investigation into Lee Jae-myung, has repeatedly pleaded not guilty to violating the Public Official Election Act.

He stressed that he believes the court will raise the alarm in the prosecution's investigation into political oppression, saying that the acquittal is clear by evidence or legal principles.

This is not all.

Democratic Party held a press conference and made similar statements.

However, inside and outside the party, there are concerns that it could negatively affect the public sentiment of the middle class, along with the view that it is a "loyal competition" against representative Lee.

An opposition party official predicted that civic groups and others are now sympathetic to criticism toward the government and the ruling party, but depending on the results of Lee's trial, it may be difficult to be with the Democratic Party in the future.

The People's Power, which had been requesting a live broadcast of the first trial, said it was regrettable that the court decision not to accept it, but again demanded that CEO Lee request a live broadcast himself.

Regardless of the ruling and opposition parties, a series of public statements predicting Lee's first trial sentence led to controversy over the "violation of the independence of the judiciary."

People's Power Rep. Yoon Sang-hyun said Lee is likely to be sentenced to a fine of 800,000 won, which falls short of the nullification of the election,
Rep. Park Joo-min of the Democratic Party of Korea
said he was an expert in election law, predicting that the nullification of the election will not come out.

Regardless of the results of the first trial of the Public Official Election Act, the Democratic Party of Korea plans to continue an off-the-shelf rally denouncing Kim Gun-hee this weekend,
The competition between the ruling and opposition parties over the representative 'trial risk' of
is expected to intensify until the first trial of perjury teacher on the 25th.
