[Seoul] Appointment of citizens and professional committee members for the 80th anniversary of liberation

The Seoul Metropolitan Government has appointed 100 citizens and 14 experts to the citizens' committee participating in the 80th anniversary of liberation next year.

In the future, the members will hold a regular committee to propose various ideas related to the 80th anniversary of national liberation and confirm them after review by the general director and working-level management.

The citizens' committee consisted of 69 college students and 31 promotional supporters of various ages, and Yoon Tae-gon, a descendant of independence activist Yoon Eok-byung, and Jo In-rae, a descendant of Cho So-ang, were selected as the expert committee members.

The general director of the commemorative project is Cho Jung-guk, chairman of the Korean Festival Supervisory Board.
