Smoke bombs found at the Hwacheon railway construction site in Gangwon-do...the military's recall

Smoke bombs were found at the construction site of the Chuncheon-Sokcho East-West Express Railway in Gandong-myeon, Hwacheon-gun, Gangwon-do at around 11:20 a.m. today (16th).
