Lee Jae-myung attends rally to denounce regime "never die"

Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party of Korea, who was sentenced to deprivation of the right to vote in the first trial of the Public Official Election Act yesterday (15th), said that he and democracy "never die."

At a rally to denounce the regime in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, Lee said, "I have dreamed of creating a transparent and fair world and a country of hope, and I have been doing my best to do so."

He then pointed out that all the power of the country should be used solely for the people, but at some point, I think the owner of the country has changed to President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife, Myung Tae-kyun.

He also took aim at President Yoon's golf controversy, saying that the money they enjoy playing the emperor's golf was earned by the sovereign, and emphasized that the people should regain their position as the owner of the Republic of Korea.
