North Korean State Councilor Kim Jong-un spoke to gather officers and focus on strengthening nuclear force and preparing for war.

For the first time since Trump's election, he has issued a critical message to the U.S., as well as a statement that seems to argue for the legitimacy of sending troops to Russia.

Chairman of the State Affairs Commission Kim Jong-un stood on the podium with officers, including battalion chiefs at all levels.

It is the first time in 10 years that the "Conference of Battalion Commander and Battalion Political Leaders" was held, and Chairman Kim insisted that he would strengthen nuclear force without limit and focus all his efforts on completing war preparations.He reiterated that the

nuclear force enhancement line is already irreversible and blamed it on the West, including South Korea and the United States.

There was no direct mention of Trump's election, but it is Kim's first message to the U.S. since the U.S. presidential election.
