The People's Power criticized that the Democratic Party of Korea should not be a reality to pay for individual trials with taxpayers' money disguised as party property, citing media reports that it will consider supporting the second trial of Lee Jae-myung's violation of the Public Official Election Act, including the appointment of party-level lawyers.

Kim Sang-hoon, chairman of the policy committee, pointed out at the floor meeting that some in the legal community pointed out that there is a possibility of violating the law, including the Political Fund Act, and that embezzlement and defiance charges can be applied.

Ahead of the first trial of Lee's perjury teacher case on the 25th, the Democratic Party of Korea's bulletproof behavior has reached the level of deification, urging the government to stop collective intimidation toward the judiciary and to stop abusing next year's budget review to Lee Jae-myung's bulletproof.

Secretary-General Seo Bum-soo also stressed that the Democratic Party of Korea should return to the National Assembly for people's livelihoods, saying that it cannot stand above the law even if it runs out into the streets taking pictures of the judge's coordinates and makes strong remarks against the ruling.
