Ukrainian military sources told Ukrainian outlet RBC that the missiles struck Russian military facilities in the Bryansk region, and were successful.
The target is located about 130 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
The British daily Telegraph analyzed that if this is true, it is contrary to media reports that the U.S. has restricted the use of missiles only in Kursk, northwestern Russia.
Earlier, the New York Times reported that the Biden administration had allowed Ukrainian forces to use U.S.-made long-range missiles, Attacks, to defend the Kursk region.
