Kim Sang-hoon, chairman of the People's Power Policy Committee, criticized the Democratic Party of Korea for using the National Assembly's budget review rights as a means of retaliation for Lee Jae-myung's investigation, saying it is pushing for a full cut in the special activity expenses of the presidential office following the prosecution, police, and the Board of Audit and Inspection.

Chairman Kim said at the floor meeting that the president's office's activity expenses are for activities for people's livelihoods and national interests.

He then pointed out that the Democratic Party of Korea's sharp cuts in the budget of investigative and audit agencies can only be seen as retaliation for representative Lee, Democratic Party lawmakers, and the former Moon Jae In government's investigation and audit.

He also claimed that he planned a disguised rally to remove blue clothes as ordinary citizens participated poorly in the Democratic Party's weekend outdoor rally, urging Lee to stop the bulletproof camouflage rally and return it to normal from the National Assembly's budget review.
