Minjoo "Lee Jae-myung is not guilty...Expecting a wise ruling by the court"

The leadership of the Democratic Party of Korea said they are confident of their innocence in unison ahead of the first trial of Lee Jae-myung's perjury teacher charge, and they look forward to a wise ruling from the court.

Supreme Council member Jeon Hyun-hee told the Supreme Council that there was no perjury, no teacher, no causal relationship between perjury and teachers, and that no matter how much political prosecutors try to eliminate President Yoon Suk Yeol's political opponent, they cannot create a crime that does not exist.

Supreme Council member Kim Byung-joo also argued that the prosecution's evidence of some of them is ineffective, saying, "If you look at the full text of Lee's transcript, which is key evidence, there are several remarks to the effect of reviving the memory and telling it as it is."

Han Joon-ho, the supreme council member, urged the ruling party to overcome the difficult situation by itself, saying, "When I see Han Dong-hoon, the leader of the People's Power who is cursed, even mentioning the reason for sentencing, I think he is still living under the illusion of 'Joseon First Sword.'
