Kim Jong-un revisits the construction site of a fish farm...emphasis on local independence

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un visited the construction site of the Sinpo Aquaculture Plant in South Hamgyong Province again to emphasize local independence.

Without giving an exact date, the Korean Central News Agency reported that Chairman Kim visited a new sea-raising restaurant under construction in the Pungeo-dong district of Sinpo-si, Hamgyeongnam-do, following July.

Chairman Kim is said to have emphasized the need to effectively develop and utilize his natural resources and economic resources in the province to lay the foundation for independent development.

Looking around the construction site, he also ordered that the project, which is being promoted as an important policy target this year before the party's Central Committee's plenary session in December, needs to be further strengthened.
