Pyeongtaek Maritime Police Station found one body at around 10:30 a.m. today (26th) during a walking search near Lake Vandal Island in Sihwa Lake, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The Coast Guard says the body is believed to be a woman, and plans to use fingerprints to identify the body.
The Coast Guard, which received a report yesterday (25th) at 5:30 p.m. that a swimmer was missing in Sihwa Lake, mobilized rescue boats and others to search, but withdrew at around 9 p.m. and resumed the search today (26th) morning.
