The Salvation Army was a Christian organization founded in 1865 by William Booth and his wife in London, England.

Currently, 134 countries around the world are carrying out sharing and caring activities.

In Korea, the first charity pot appeared in downtown Seoul on Dec. 15, 1928.

The Salvation Army Charity Pot Fundraiser for 2024 runs from Nov. 26 to Dec. 31.
