The Joint Chiefs of Staff said North Korea flew more than 40 filth balloons from last night (28th) to early this morning, confirming 30 drops in the Seoul metropolitan area.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff explained that the confirmed contents were leaflets to the South, and that there were no substances as a result of the analysis.
Since May, North Korea has distributed filth balloons 32 times.
