The Chungbuk National Police Agency's cybercrime investigation team handed over four people, including the general operator A in his 40s, to the prosecution in custody on charges of recruiting participants through YouTube channels in Southeast Asia and operating gambling sites.

In addition, 30 people, including YouTubers, were sent without detention on charges of participating in the operation of the site and betting on the gambling site on behalf of the participants.

They are accused of running a 30 billion won gambling site in Southeast Asia by livestreaming casino games through various YouTube channels for two years starting in 2022, recruiting domestic participants and betting on YouTubers instead.

The police are expanding their investigation, believing that there will be more people involved in the crime.
