President Yoon Suk Yeol will form a team of lawyers represented by former Korea Communications Commission Chairman Kim Hong-il to coordinate the summons investigation.

However, as the president has not decided to attend, the prosecution, the police, and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit are preparing for the possibility of an emergency.

On the day the joint investigation headquarters, which participated in the police and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, announced the summons to President Yoon, the prosecution's special prosecution also notified the second summons.

When the two sides competitively asked for a presidential summons investigation, the president also formed a team of lawyers to respond in earnest.

However, it is still unknown whether the president will appear on the date he was notified.

If the president repeatedly refuses to comply with the investigation without a "justifiable reason," the investigative agency may obtain an arrest warrant from the court to secure a forced recruit.
