Jeju Island "Best to designate a higher-level hospital even in the face of impeachment"

Jeju Island said it will strengthen cooperation with the government to designate a senior general hospital in the Jeju area following the follow-up of the president's debate on people's livelihoods in October.

The provincial government said that even in the face of impeachment, the designation of a higher general hospital will proceed according to the system.

In October, President Yoon Suk Yeol promised to designate a higher-level hospital in Jeju at a debate on people's livelihoods and ordered the Minister of Health and Welfare to provide necessary manpower and facilities.
