Yeo In-hyeong, commander of counterintelligence, has claimed that those who were ordered to arrest during the emergency martial law are "people who President Yoon Suk Yeol has mentioned in private that there is a problem."

The special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law is said to have secured a statement to this effect during the recent investigation of Commander Yeo.

Commander Yeo stated that he received an arrest list from former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun at the time of the emergency martial law, and that the order to secure the server of the Election Commission was also issued.

In addition, Commander Yeo was also quoted as saying that President Yoon has mentioned in private since December last year, "Isn't there only emergency measures to solve difficult social problems?"

However, he is reportedly claiming that he has dissuaded the president from declaring martial law because he lacks training and has no guarantee that soldiers will obey orders.
