Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister Lee Ju-ho said he thinks there will be reflections on the emergency martial law situation from an educational perspective.

Deputy Prime Minister Lee attended the National Assembly Education Committee today (18th) and said, "We will make sure that positively evaluated areas such as the resilience of democracy in the Republic of Korea and the belief of the younger generation in democracy will naturally converge in the academic world and be used as good educational materials."

Deputy Prime Minister Lee also said that he did not attend the Cabinet meeting just before the declaration of the emergency martial law because he had not been contacted, and that he did not agree with the emergency martial law.
