The Seoul Metropolitan Government's long-term lease on a deposit basis house for newlyweds, "My House in advance," will begin recruiting its last residents this year.

The targets of the announcement are 395 households, including 98 Maple Zai in Jamwon-dong, 53 Cheonggye SK View in Yongdap-dong, and 9 households without contract for Olympic Park Forein recruited earlier, and applications for those who wish to move in can be made on the SH website on January 2 and 3 next year.
