'Hamburger meeting' Reservist Colonel Kim is arrested.

A retired colonel identified only by his surname Kim, a participant in the so-called "Lotteria Meeting," has been arrested.

The Seoul Central District Court issued an arrest warrant this afternoon (21st) after holding an interrogation of a suspect before arresting Kim, who is suspected of rebellion.

Kim did not attend the warrant review today, so the court issued the warrant after reviewing the records submitted by the police special investigation team.

Kim is a former head of the investigation headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense, the highest-ranking investigative agency in the military, and was arrested by a special police team on charges of plotting martial law in advance by holding a so-called "Lotteria Meeting" with former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won on the 3rd, the day of martial law.Former commander Roh
