Members of the National Farmers' Association tried to drive 30 tractors and 50 lorries into Seoul yesterday (21st) and were blocked by police near Namtaeryeong Pass.
As the two-way street of Gwacheon-daero is currently being closed, vehicles are being diverted, and hundreds of citizens who have finished the Gwanghwamun protest are continuing their rallies, demanding that they join and open the road.
There were also some collisions, including broken tractor windows in the afternoon, but so far, no one has been arrested or injured.
Earlier, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency issued a notice of restrictions on the assembly, saying it was concerned about traffic inconvenience, and Jeon Nong expressed his intention to proceed as it was, saying it was a violation of basic rights such as freedom of assembly.
Jeon Nong was planning to march to the Hannam-dong residence and Gwanghwamun rally yesterday, urging the government to take measures against President Yoon's arrest and arrest in connection with emergency martial law and various agricultural issues.
