The first funeral procedures for the victims of the Jeju Air plane accident have been carried out.

The bodies of the four identified people were transferred to Gwangju and Seoul.

In addition, for the additional 28 confirmed people, the process of delivering the bodies to the bereaved families was carried out.

As the delivery and funeral procedures progressed, the atmosphere of the airport reception room, where the bereaved families were waiting, fell heavily again.

The bereaved family, who lost their daughter and granddaughter, says they still can't believe they heard about the accident while preparing for the year-end meal.

As the five unidentified victims needed a thorough DNA test, police took additional DNA from the bereaved families and began collating them.
