The National Forensic Service and the police have so far completed DNA control analysis of 82 victims, and plan to complete further analysis of 65 by tomorrow.
From the body that has been completed, the process of asking the bereaved family whether to deliver it or not will be carried out.
Earlier, the bodies of 11 of the victims were handed over to their families.
Except for one in Seoul, 10 people were laid to rest at funeral homes in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, and five of them went into funeral procedures.
Authorities have decided to classify 40 to 50 bodies that can be delivered and notify the bereaved families by the end of the day.
The bereaved family will decide whether to receive the body and hold the funeral first or wait to hold a joint funeral with other victims and take further steps.
