[Gyeongbuk] Pohang City, North Gyeongsang Province, seeks to attract luxury hotels to Yeongil University

Pohang City, Gyeongsangbuk-do, decided to host a luxury hotel where tourists can stay on the site of Yeongil University's parking lot and will hold a private proposal contest.

The target site for the contest is about 6,000㎡ in the Buk-gu Port-dong area, and it is a public parking lot site with 250 parking spaces.

To participate in the contest, you must include a tourist hotel with more than 200 rooms, four-star or higher, and secure 250 public parking spaces.
