The president of Yoon Suk Yeol has demanded that a preliminary arrest warrant be sought or prosecuted before executing the arrest warrant.

He said he would not have responded to the execution of the arrest warrant issued by the Western District Court as it was invalid, but he expressed his position to comply with the proceedings in the Central District Court.

President Yoon Suk Yeol, who did not respond to the request for summons and execution of arrest warrants, stepped back, saying the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit did not have the authority to investigate rebellion.

If you request or prosecute a preliminary arrest warrant before executing the arrest warrant, you will comply with the court trial.

However, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit attached a clue that it would only comply with the procedure through the Seoul Central District Court, not the Seoul Western District Court, where the arrest warrant was issued.

The court under the jurisdiction of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is the Central District Court, and it is argued that it is "judge shopping" to request a warrant only against the president.

President Yoon explained that if a preliminary arrest warrant is requested, it is a matter to decide after consulting with the court on security issues.

He also said he would comply with the execution if the court issued a preliminary arrest warrant.

Regarding the impeachment trial, which will be held separately from the investigation, they say they will attend the Constitutional Court if the controversy over withdrawal of the rebellion is overhauled.

He also reiterated that security and personal issues should be resolved for this purpose, saying that if necessary for the trial process, he will attend regardless of the number of times.
