Firefighters removed icicles on the outer wall of an apartment in Jung-dong, Busan, at around 10:30 a.m. today (10th), and three reports of freezing water pipes were received in Yeonsan-dong and Seodaeshin-dong.
In addition, nine reports related to cold waves were filed with fire authorities in Busan, including freezing roads and flooding of cellars as the pipes of a housing water tank in Gwangan-dong were frozen.
The lowest temperature in Busan was -14.1 degrees Celsius in Seo-gu, and most regions recorded around -10 degrees Celsius.
