As the extreme cold was raging, a series of unfrozen water pipes broke out in Seoul, and even bottled soju was frozen in Gangwon-do.

In the Honam area, citizens suffered inconvenience by blowing snow with strong winds.

dropped sharply, leading to a series of meter freezing waves, and reports were received from all over the Seoul area.

Most of the bottled soju in the box turned into ice in the extreme cold near minus 20 degrees Celsius.

Citizens who went out were also heavily armed with fur hats, gloves, and scarves, but it is not enough to prevent the wind from penetrating between clothes.

Snow removal work continued in Jeollanam-do, where heavy snow fell.

They shake off the snow piled up on the car and make a road with brooms in the alleyways.
