Yesterday (9th) around 1:30 p.m., a fire broke out at a wood processing plant in Hallim-myeon, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, and was extinguished in about an hour and 40 minutes.
Five factory workers evacuated themselves, so there were no casualties.
Fire officials explained that it took more than seven hours to completely extinguish the fire due to the accumulation of wood inside the processing plant and the risk of collapse.
