Rep. Jeon Yong-ki, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea's National Communication Committee, refuted his claim that he would accuse him of spreading news related to civil war, saying that the ruling party announced its plan to accuse him of "Kakao Talk censorship."

Jeon, who is in charge of the Democratic Police Station, a false information reporting organization in the party, said on his SNS that the spread of malicious false information that violates the law cannot be protected by freedom of expression.

Fake news related to civil war propaganda should not be spread by anyone, whether it is a messenger or SNS, and he pointed out that freedom of expression under the constitution is not intended to protect anti-constitutional behavior that violates public order and the rights of others.

At the same time, he warned again that those who are still committing propaganda of rebellion should be clearly aware that their claims can be criminal.
