At around 8 a.m. today (13th), a 300mm-caliber water pipe buried under the road ruptured in Seongseo-dong, Chungju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do.

Chungju City said the old water pipe appears to have been damaged and that it completed emergency restoration within six hours of the accident.
