Targets must apply to the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Center within six months from the date of receiving the notice of enlistment as active duty soldiers and social service personnel who have lived in the Okcheon area for at least one year.

Okcheon County implemented the system for the first time last year and provided 93 people with enlistment support.
