A 9.77-ton fishing boat capsized in the sea near Jikdo Island in Gunsan, North Jeolla Province, around 5 p.m. today (19th).After the
accident, Gunsan Coast Guard dispatched a patrol ship to rescue four Vietnamese sailors, but one was found in cardiac arrest.
The Coast Guard is investigating the exact cause of the accident based on a sailor's statement that the ship tilted while raising the anchor.
