"First application of 'Deregulation No. 6' three-dimensional park in Mia-dong, Seoul"

The Seoul Metropolitan Government's regulatory abolition No. 6, the stereoscopic park system, will be applied to the redevelopment of Mia-dong, Seoul.

Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon visited 130 Mia-dong, the first site of the three-dimensional park, and said, "It is difficult to secure redevelopment business feasibility in places with low land prices, and we are trying to promote the project by easing regulations on three-dimensional parks and introducing correction factors for business feasibility."

The 130 area of Mia-dong was large enough to have 25 meters of terrain and height restrictions, and applying a three-dimensional park can increase the number of households supplied with housing as well as resident facilities such as parking lots and convenience facilities.

On top of that, if the business feasibility correction coefficient introduced last year is applied to 1.8, the permissible utilization rate benefits will jump from 20% to 36%, increasing the number of households sold and reducing contributions.The city of
