The Democratic Party said it will push for lawmaker Yoon's expulsion from the parliament, saying that even the forces behind the riot should be eradicated.

The National Assembly's urgent questioning held the day after the Western District Court rampage.

Acting National Police Agency Commissioner Lee Ho-young said a phone call was made to the head of the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul on the night of the 18th, before the situation began in earnest.

[Lee Ho-young / Acting Police Commissioner: It has been confirmed that the call was made to an unsaved number. He introduced himself as lawmaker Yoon Sang-hyun and said, "There's a Western District Court performer, right? Please take care of it well,' he said.]

Earlier, when some of the protesters were arrested over the fence of the Western District Court, Yoon Sang-hyun, a member of the People's Power, was controversial by saying, "I talked to police officials and will be disbarred soon."

In fact, it has been confirmed that the ruling party lawmaker called the police chief investigating the case and asked for leniency.

The Democratic Party of Korea said it will push for the expulsion of lawmaker Yoon, saying that lawmaker Yoon's remarks added more fuel to the intrusion.

He also highlighted the ruling party's responsibility by referring to Baekgol-dan's invasion of the National Assembly, denial of judicial judgment, and criticism of public power.

In particular, he stressed that if he is not advocating riots, the president of Yoon Suk Yeol, who is actually the main culprit of this incident, should be expelled from the party immediately.

The Democratic Party of Korea also slammed the ruling party's continued incitement of civil war in an urgent questioning by the Judiciary Committee, which led to the incident.
