Chungcheongnam-do and Daejeon City "Pay 500,000 won per small business owner"

South Chungcheong Province and Daejeon City, which are pushing for administrative integration, announced last year that they would pay 500,000 won per company to small business owners with sales of less than 100 million won.

The total amount of support is KRW 57.5 billion in Chungnam and KRW 43.1 billion in Daejeon, excluding gambling and entertainment industries, and high value-added industries such as hospitals and pharmacies.

If a small business owner applies with evidence, the subsidy will be paid through an eligibility screening.

Chungcheongnam-do and Daejeon-si explained that they decided to provide emergency support to support small business owners facing a severe management crisis and to revitalize the people's livelihood economy.

In addition, Daejeon City expanded its support budget for small business owners by more than 50% from last year, increasing the amount of ultra-low interest rate special funds implemented for the first time last year to 600 billion won.
