The function of the 'My Health Record' app that allows you to check medical information scattered across various institutions at once is improved.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Health and Medical Information Service announced that they will provide additional new functions such as reading health records of children under the age of 14, checking drug allergies, and notifying them of medication on my health records app.

In the future, if children under the age of 14 are registered in this app, parents can check their children's medical history, drug prescription history, health examination history, and vaccination history at once without an infant notebook at the time of treatment.

In addition, you can check the information on allergy-causing drugs diagnosed at the hospital and provide the information to medical staff for treatment when a sudden allergic reaction occurs.

There are a total of 1,004 medical institutions that can check medical records through the My Health Records app, with 144 additional medical institutions, including 16 advanced general hospitals.
