The investigation team dedicated to Timon and Wemakeff at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office summoned Koo Young-bae, head of the Quten Group.

as a suspect charged with fraud and embezzlement,

It has been two months since the investigation began in earnest in July, including the seizure and search of the homes and offices of the group's executives, including CEO Koo.The representative of

district only expressed his position that he would be investigated faithfully as he entered the prosecutor's office.

The prosecution will use the money that representatives of the district and management will settle with sales companies located in affiliates such as Timon and Wemakeff to fund the acquisition of the company,

Suspects that we continued our turnaround operations by paying overdue payments to other sellers.

So far, the amount of fraud charges identified by the investigation team has reportedly reached 1.4 trillion won and the amount of embezzlement has reached 50 billion won.

Prosecutors asked CEO Koo whether he was involved in arbitrarily diverting funds such as Timon and Wemakeff after handing over the financial affairs of affiliates to Quten Technology,

It is also known to ask whether Timon and Wemakeff ordered a "fraudulent operation," such as selling gift certificates at a discount, even though they knew it was impossible to settle the sales price due to deteriorating financial conditions.

The prosecution has previously summoned key executives, including Timon CEO Ryu Kwang-jin and Wemakeff CEO Ryu Hwa-hyun, to continue the investigation.

Representative Koo, who is considered the peak, is said to be considering calling in several times to investigate as it is necessary to check the overall allegations raised.
