A van parked on the shoulder of the road was engulfed in a huge blaze.

Even after the fire has been lifted a little, white smoke is constantly emitted out of the vehicle.

At around 11:20 last night, a police van that was waiting with the engine on caught fire in Jung-dong, Seoul.

No one was injured, but the van was completely burned, causing property damage estimated by the fire department of 27 million won.

Fire authorities believe the fire started inside the van and are investigating the exact cause of the fire.

At around 3:30 p.m. yesterday, a Chinese fishing boat that was illegally fishing in the southwest sea of Socheongdo Island in Ongjin-gun, Incheon, was caught by the Coast Guard.

Two ships were captured on the spot, and 28 were immediately evicted.

When the Coast Guard launched a crackdown, the sailors were found to have attempted to escape by tying the fishing boats together and jumping sideways.

Since September, the number of illegal fishing has been increasing as Chinese fishing boats' self-healing period has ended.

As a result, the Coast Guard plans to strengthen inspection and deploy additional patrol ships by the end of the year.

A five-star hotel buffet in Daegu was caught marking raw beef mixed with Australian beef as if it were first-class Korean beef.

The National Agricultural Products Quality Management Agency plans to investigate the general manager of the hotel kitchen for violating the country of origin labeling and send it to the prosecution.
