Prosecutors investigating the large-scale settlement of Timon and Wemakeff suspect Q10 CEO Koo Young-bae exploited the funds by exerting strong pressure on the two companies.

According to the arrest warrant request obtained by YTN, CEO Koo was found to have cajoled him that he would let him be a representative if he said well, or ordered Timep to use tens of billions of won every month.

Reporter Kim Da-hyun reports exclusively.

Koo Young-bae, CEO of Q10 Group, who was about to acquire WeMakePrice in March last year.

It was investigated that he met Ryu Hwa-hyun, a founding member of Wemakeff, and suggested, "If you follow me well, I will appoint you as a representative in three months."

In fact, Ryu was appointed as the representative of WeMakePrice three months later.Representative

met Timon representative Ryu Kwang-jin around the same time.

The prosecution believes that CEO Koo and others discussed ways to secure funds for Q10 and QExpress at the meeting.

It is believed that the unfair use of 20 billion won per month at Wemakeprice and 5 billion won to 10 billion won per month at Timon was discussed.

In addition, prosecutors suspect that Gu has increasingly specified ways to leak Timon and Wemakeff's funds to Quten, including how to execute funds under the guise of consulting costs.

In this regard, representative Ryu Kwang-jin emphasizes that Q10 is in a "directed position," saying it has shaken the overall operation tightly, but the prosecution believes that representatives Ryu Kwang-jin and Ryu Hwa-hyun were also deeply involved in the situation.

In particular, the prosecution suspects that Ryu Kwang-jin and Ryu Hwa-hyun used the rehabilitation procedure as a means to avoid arrest investigations, not as a "damage recovery" procedure.

They captured the fact that they talked to each other to the effect that it would be difficult to arrest them when the rehabilitation start was decided.

The prosecution believes that an arrest investigation is needed, saying there is a possibility that representative Koo, who is at the peak of the situation, and co-conspirators Ryu Hwa-hyun and Ryu Kwang-jin could run away or commit crimes again.

The Seoul Central District Court will hold an interrogation of the suspect before arrest at around 10 a.m. on the 10th and examine the claims one by one.
