The representative company that increased the number of employees in their 20s is Hyundai Motor, which hired 27,000 employees in their 20s last year, an increase of more than 3,000 compared to 2021.
On the other hand, the number of people in their 50s decreased from 36,000 to 34,000.
In POSCO, the number of employees in their 20s increased from 2,900 to 3,200, but the number of employees in their 50s decreased from 8,000 to 7,300.
On the other hand, SK Hynix increased its employees in their 50s by 1,000 last year, but decreased by 2,500 in their 20s.
In addition, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, Korean Air, Samsung Display, and LG Uplus also have more employees in their 50s.
