[Gyeonggi] Posting a placard to commemorate the 'October 29 disaster' on the exterior wall of Gyeonggi-do Provincial Government

Gyeonggi-do Province hung a placard in memory of the victims at the provincial government office ahead of the second anniversary of the October 29 Itaewon disaster.

The province put up a memorial placard titled "159 Stars I Will Not Forget," which means 159 victims, at the Gyeonggi Provincial Government building and the Northern Government building, and added a separate memorial prayer.

The provincial government explained that Governor Kim Dong-yeon accepted the bereaved families' request to hang memorial placards in honor of the victims of Gyeonggi-do Province at a meeting with the bereaved families of the victims on the 24th.
