The Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency's Anti-Corruption and Economic Crime Investigation Unit conducted a search and seizure today (26th) on the offices of companies suspected of rebate for 'electronic blackboard delivery' and the homes of related persons.

Earlier, the police booked two incumbent Incheon City Council members and two suppliers on charges of accepting bribes from electronic board suppliers.

They are accused of helping a specific company deliver and exchanging money in connection with the electronic board supply project promoted by the Incheon Office of Education.

The police plan to analyze the seized items and review whether they will be booked additionally.
