Before declaring martial law, YTN alone secured a video containing a procession believed to be President Yoon Seok-ryul's vehicle.

It is also expected to be a clue to the reconstruction of the safe house meeting between President Yoon and the police chief, but the police's attempt to search the safe house failed due to the court's rejection of the warrant.

Reporter Lim Ye-jin reports.

At 7:31 p.m. on the 3rd, black cars line up in the direction of the Presidential Safety House in Samcheong-dong, Seoul.

The video was obtained exclusively by YTN reporters and is believed to be a parade of official cars and security vehicles in which President Yoon Suk Yeol was riding.

Three hours before the declaration of martial law, it is immediately after the so-called "Anga Meeting" in which the president called on Police Commissioner Jo Ji-ho and Seoul Police Commissioner Kim Bong-sik.

If Cho's claim that he arrived at around 7:20 p.m. is true, the president left the house just about 10 minutes after the meeting.

The safe house meeting is a decisive clue that allows the police special forces to arrest the command and investigate President Yoon on charges of defiance.

Police said they applied for a search warrant for safe houses and surrounding CCTVs to confirm their specific whereabouts on the same day, but were rejected by the court on the grounds that "the need for search and seizure is not recognized."

The martial law order document that the president gave to the two chiefs at the safe house is also considered a "smoking gun."

It is an A4 1-page document with the National Assembly, the Democratic Party of Korea, and media outlets including MBC, but Commissioner Jo Ji-ho stated that he "torn it," so his whereabouts are unknown.

The government also raided Cho's official residence to find the document.

In addition, on the day of martial law, Commissioner Cho raided the presidential office's security office to secure a security phone server that he spoke to the president six times, but it failed for now.
