The prosecution has demanded a five-year prison term for Yoo Young-jae, a broadcaster who was put on trial for forcibly molesting the biological sister of his ex-wife, actor Sunwoo Eun-sook.

In Yoo's final hearing held today (24th), the Seongnam branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office asked the court to serve five years in prison and order him to complete a sexual violence treatment program and restrict employment.

The prosecution explained the reason for the request, saying that Yoo did not deny the crime in the transcript provided by the victim, but that the nature of the crime was poor, such as changing his attitude during the trial.

Yoo, who divorced Sunwoo Eun-sook in April, was indicted without detention on charges of forcibly molesting Sunwoo Eun-sook's biological sister five times in 2023.
